• You can look back on a relevant experience of at least 6 months

• You make an inventory of incoming incidents and assign priorities via a ticketing system
• With a smile you help users by phone or email with all their ICT problems
• You have knowledge of PC hardware, O365, software, Active Directory, IOS/Android,...
• You will handle incoming incidents yourself or assign them to a specialist
• As a team player, you will feel right at home in an ITIL environment
• You are strong in problem analysis and dare to think out-of-the-box in the context of solutions
• You are flexible and can handle stressful situations without difficulty
